Very accommodating staff. Clean room. Nice, hot tub and spa. Nice pool temperature. OK breakfast but could be better. Overall good though. Thankful for their shuttle availability to get to KWU for my workshops this week. Recommended for people like me traveling on business whether you’re alone or with a companion.

Great place and nice breakfast. Room was very clean and front desk gal was friendly and helpful in giving us directions to shopping and places to eat. Marathon weekend so it was very busy but we had a good time in Salina and will be back soon.

The location and the amenities are great... especially the swimming pool, whirlpool, breakfast, etc.

Issues with a faulty remote control in the room. Manager said she was going to adjust our rate because there were no other rooms, TV's or remotes for us to use, but then she didn't adjust it at all... and did not leave word with the morning staff.

Really nice rooms and the indoor pool was a welcome break from the heat. Breakfast is also nice and is served until 10, allowing a little extra sleep time.

Experienced a billing problem which I was assured would be corrected at the time I checked in. After discovering I was double-billed, I could not reach anyone by phone at the number provided on their receipt. After several attempts someone did pick-up only to immediately place me on "hold" & then dropped my call. Unbelievably poor customer service at Salina location!

The service was great, the pool was small but nice and the hot tub was lovely. The location is great. The room was absolutely, spotlessly clean and quite nice. I knocked one star off the room because I fount the bed terribly hard and uncomfortable.
